In consideration of you agreeing to the following terms you are entitled to enter, in prescribed form, your profile (the "Information") on to thechoicemusic.

Interbase UK Ltd will provide access to jobs posted on the thechoicemusic jobs board and send you an email alert for jobs which match the criteria you selected on your profile.

Interbase UK Ltd will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the database is available [24 hours a day] (the "Service"), and that staff are available to answer queries between 9.30 and 5.30 from Monday to Friday except for Bank Holidays. In the event that this is not possible Interbase UK Ltd shall endeavour to rectify any problem as soon as reasonably practical.

Interbase UK Ltd reserve the right to withdraw the Service and/or remove the Information from the Service on providing one week's notice in writing to you. Interbase UK Ltd shall not, in any circumstances, be liable whether in contract, tort, or otherwise for any indirect, special or consequential damages, howsoever arising.

Interbase UK Ltd are unable to verify or provide any assurance relating to the nature or duration of any work or appointment that you may be offered as a result of using the Service. It remains your sole responsibility to ensure that any work or appointment is acceptable to you.

You warrant that the Information you provide shall be accurate and correct and shall not contain anything that could be considered inaccurate, obscene, defamatory or which potentially infringes any third party right. You agree to indemnify us for all losses, costs and damages we incurr in the event that you are in breach of this warranty.

Privacy

Interbase UK complies with UK Data Protection legislation and will not disclose your contact details to any third party without your express advance permission.
